A no-frills shop without a fancy storefront, but the guys inside know their stuff and get the job done. Turned out a part they put into my computer had a very small manufacturing fault -- they promptly re-ordered a now one and replaced it without fuss or delay.

Basically, I got an answer within 24 hours regarding my computer. The most important thing for me was that the staff was open and honest regarding the status of my computer and further to that they followed up with a quote from the manufacturer service centre. The quote for repair they gave me exceeded my worst case scenario, with labour even being waved.
